Y is for Yan
Again, another surprising choice of picture as I thought it might have been a yacht. I changed the colour of this one so that it is even yellow yarn and then the parents can choose what they associate with the letter Y.

T is for Turtle
One of my memories of visiting Hawaii is a visit to Turtle Bay and seeing the Turtles swimming within inches of us, so close to the sure. Come to that they were swimming just off the shore at Kailua too, the town on Oahu where this baby afghan will be heading very shortly.

Q is for ..... Quilt
This one surprised me as it is more usual to have Q for Queen but the pattern has a quilt, so quilt it is.

K is for Kite
You might need a bit of wind to fly a kite but am not sure what would happen if you flew it in the winds we are getting at the moment. Would it be a bird in flight or dancing on the breeze ....... am sure Mary Poppins would have something to say about it :-)

J is for Jam
You have no doubt spotted the theme of alternating pink and blue letters for this blanket and no, the lady is not expecting twins that we know of!!!
